Thank you

There are so many people to say thank you to.......

My sister Nicola Terry
Without you, Nicola, there'd be no blog. You came to stay for a long week-end and sorted out all my computer problems. Then you patiently took this old dinosaur through the process of setting up a blog. You helped me then and continue to help whenever I have any problems or queries and I am so grateful to you.

My husband Glyn Robins
You're always so supportive, Glyn, when I take on difficult things, and you're always on my side. I can't tell you how much I value and appreciate this.

My grandaughter Beth Robins
Beth - you were one of the first people I told about my Everest trek. You were so positive about it and full of imaginative ideas. You often ask me how it's going even though your life is packed full and you have all the pressures of GCSEs to cope with.

My friend Elizabeth Jovanovic
When I was still undecided about this challenge I came and spent a week-end with you, Elizabeth, and we chatted for hours about it. You have such a go-for-it attitude and you really helped me make my mind up.

My sister Marion
You always give good, common sense advice, Marion, and chivvy me to get on with things that I dally over. When I've asked you to look over my draft blog and some of the emails and letters I've written you've got back to me as quickly as you could and your views have been very helpful to me.

To all these friends and family members for your ideas, contacts, views and for giving your time to help me....
